1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Miguel Puig ("we", "us"), who develops and publishes Idle Brick Empire. By installing or playing the game, or by using this website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game or the website.

2. The game is in early testing

Idle Brick Empire is a work in progress. The versions you can get today are test versions. Features can change or disappear, there can be bugs, and a test can end at any time.

Your island is saved only on your device. An update, a reinstall or a bug can reset it, and we cannot restore it.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence, which you cannot transfer, to install the game on devices you own or control and to play it for your own enjoyment.

You may not sell, rent or redistribute the game, copy its art, music or text, or modify or reverse engineer it, except where the law gives you that right.

4. Price and purchases

The test version is free and has no ads and no purchases. If a later version offers purchases, Apple or Google will process them under their own terms, and we will update these terms first.

5. Ownership

The game, its name, logo, characters, art, music and text belong to us or are used under licence. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond the licence above.

The game is built with the Unity engine. It uses the fonts Lilita One and Nunito under the SIL Open Font License.

6. Feedback

If you send us ideas, bug reports or other feedback, we may use them to improve the game without owing you anything. Please do not send us anything you want to keep confidential.

7. App stores

The App Store, TestFlight and Google Play have their own terms, which also apply to your download. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the game or for supporting it.

8. Privacy

The privacy policy explains what the game and this website do with data. In short: we collect nothing about you.

9. This website

You may read and link to this website freely. Please do not copy its content as your own, and do not try to disrupt it or get around its security.

10. No warranty

The game and this website are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise that they will be free of errors, that they will always be available, or that your progress will be kept.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be limited by agreement.

11. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or lost progress, arising from the game or this website. Because the game is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Children

If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian to read these terms with you and to agree to them for you.

13. Ending and changing these terms

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. We may stop offering the game, or a test of it, at any time.

We may change these terms as the game grows. We will put the new date at the top of this page. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.
